Conflict Resolution
The Proctorial Board strictly addresses all cases of indiscipline, harassment, threats, or misconduct. Led by the Chief Proctor and supported by additional proctors and HODs, the Board follows a structured enquiry process, including hearings, witness statements, and evidence review. Based on findings, a show-cause notice is issued, and appropriate disciplinary action is recommended as per institutional rules. Final decisions are approved by the Director General/Director, with the right of appeal reserved with the Chairman.
